Funeral Planning
Our aim is to ensure the minimum amount of distress, to the bereaved when they are saying their goodbyes.
We also understand that everyone is unique therefore their choice of funeral ceremony may differ depending on a number of grounds including religious and personal preferences.
we provide a number of different funeral planning services including the following;
- Funeral planning according to the wishes of the family.
- Preparation, care and presentation of the deceased. We arrange post-mortems or embalming of the deceased if required.
- Repatriation from Ireland or from abroad (The shipment of a deceased person from Ireland back to their Country of origin or from abroad back to Ireland)
- Preparing all the necessary documentation needed for cremation if requested.
- We offer the option of having the viewing /removals from our funeral home (High St. Tuam) or your own private home.
- Placing death notices in local/national newspapers / local radio & on-line if requested.
- We will guide you through coffin selection.
- Co-ordination of arrangements with priests / clergy, cemeteries, etc.
- Arranging for music, organist, choirs, or singers.
- We provide books of condolence if requested.
- Donation box where a collection for a chosen charity is the wish of the family in preference to floral displays.
- Arranging the opening of new or existing graves.
- Floral preparation of grave, if requested.
- Making all necessary payments on your behalf.
- Ordering of floral tributes.
- Acknowledgement notices in newspapers.
- Pre-Paid funeral can be arranged.
