Peacefully at Greenpark Nursing Home,Tuam in her 95th Year.
Deeply Regreted by her nieces, nephews , grand nieces, grand nephews, great- grand nieces, great-grand nephews ,relatives & friends.
May her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Burns Funeral Home, Tuam this Saturday evening from 6 o,clock followed with removal at 8pm to the Cathedral of the Assumption ,Tuam.
Funeral Mass for Sarah Collins on Sunday at 12-30 followed by burial in Tuam Cemetery.
Donations if desired to the Western Alzheimer's Foundation.
